Hi there, I’m Tristan.
I’m so happy you found your way here among a sea of so many talented writers and thinkers.
I’m here to share; vulnerably, openly, honestly.
So, you may be wondering…
What is Mindful Momentum?
The Origin Story
The birth of Mindful Momentum came out of a comment a friend made—
“We teach what we want to learn.”
I want to learn to squeeze out all I can from the sponge of life. To be fully alive.
Aliveness is often closer than you think.
It might even be right under your nose.
It’s no secret that the world continues to change. Search engine and the boom of internet in 98’, the iPhone in ‘07, now AI. Something tells me we’re only just scratching the surface. We must stay vigilant in changing with it, or we may fall victim to other people’s agenda of how we should be living.
You may think this means doing more. I challenge this—oftentimes, it’s doing less.
Most of us know what to do when it comes to our physical health. Eat whole foods, sleep 7-9 hours, exercise regularly. But how many of us hit these marks, day in and day out? And how many of us actually enjoy doing these things?
Let’s move beyond knowing what to do, and start savoring the process of living well—together.
Mindful Momentum isn’t a how-to-live. It’s an invitation to discover joy in the ordinary.
I plan to share some things that have helped me along the way. You can expect to find practical tools backed by science, some philosophy, and random musings from my life. I commit to an authentic voice, and let the cards fall where they may.
I’m hopeful something will resonate.
Let’s build momentum—at your pace—one mindful step at a time.
